Das Magnus-Hirschfeld-Centrum in Hamburg ist eine Anlaufstelle für Schwule, Lesben, Bisexuelle und Trans* aus unterschiedlichsten Bevölkerungskreisen. Als Jugendzentrum ist das MHC ein Ort, an dem sich die Queer Community treffen und dazu fachliche Unterstützung erhalten kann. Zudem wird Aufklärungsarbeit für Schulen und andere Einrichtungen geleistet.
