Humanitas activa e.V. is a private initiative founded in 2009. In Likoni (south of Mombasa), the organisation supports the Bridge Primary School. Humanitas activa e.V. supports small, effective aid projects in the principle "no cooperation with public institutions in the country". Only by this way it can be ensured that the funds raised do not end in corrupt hands. The aim of the organisation is to make possible a scholar education to as many children as possible and to provide regular meals for them.
