The children's hospice Sterntaler e. V. in Mannheim supports children suffering from life limiting diseases and their families and accompanies them on their difficult way. With the ambulant care and voluntary assistance, the the inpatient children's hospice completed in 2009 offers an additional possibility of support to the affected families. The former mill in Dudenhofen is a small oasis in nature, a place of silence and power the families can visit over and over again in order to be strengthened for their path of care and assistance which often takes years.
