Shortly after the devastating tsunami catastrophe in Southern Asia, Bryan Adams founded his foundation. "I founded it in 2006 in the hope that my name would help to improve people's lives" explains the rock star. The foundation is aimed to change the lives of thousands of people, with financial help and support for those people with the will to improve other people's life circumstances. The foundation tries to protect the most endangered and disadvantaged people in society. It subsidises aid projects all over the world. Especially, the support is aimed to improve education and learning possibilities for children and youths worldwide, as education is, according to the foundation, the best gift that can be given to a child. The help for children with cleft lips and palates is one out of many supported projects.
